At INNOVA RECONSTRUCCIONES, S.L. we have designed and developed this web page paying great attention to the elimination of barriers to the contents for certain types of users who have access problems due to disabilities or other difficulties. Our aim has been to prepare this website so that it can be navigated by the greatest number of users regardless of their differentiating characteristics, age, personal limitations and/or knowledge of new technologies. “The power of the web lies in its universality.

The development of this website has been based on compliance with the WCAG 2.1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, established by the W3CCC (World Wide Web Consortium) for the “double A” (AA) level of suitability.

We try to make web navigation simple and uncomplicated, and we try to follow the following guidelines:

• Different buttons for interaction and communication such as Whatsapp, messenger, contact forms and direct calls..
• We use an elaborate web architecture so that all content is well structured.
• A good readability to enjoy all the contents.
• We always apply the 3-click rule, to navigate and find what you are looking for quickly.
• Maximum security of the information and data entered under the https protocol.
• Operability on most devices such as desktop PCs, laptops, smart TVs, tablets and mobiles. Applying the Responsive Web Design design and development philosophy.

Additionally our website contains:

• Alternative textual content to non-textual content.
• The main menu is visible on all pages.
• The footer menu on all pages, with all access to our legal pages.
• You will be able to view this website with the latest versions of the most common browsers.

Web accessibility as a fundamental right

It is important to note that the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities takes into account information, including accessible websites, as a fundamental right at all times.

It is important to mention that the implementation of web accessibility standards and regulations are essential, not only for people with disabilities, but also for the rest of the world.

On 30 March 2007, the European Union ratified and signed this Convention, which has since been signed by the 27 countries that make up the European Union.

We can recall that the United Nations General Assembly has several guidelines for the ongoing optimisation of web accessibility, adding the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)promoted by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These web accessibility guidelines benefit all people with disabilities, permanent or otherwise, including people with reduced mobility, low vision or blindness, hearing impairments, as well as all those who require adaptations due to their age or limited environment.

• LAW 56/2007, of 28 December, on Measures to Promote the Information Society. Mandatory measures for the elimination of barriers in the use of Information Technologies for the Public Administration and entities financed by the same are dictated.
• LAW 27/2007, of 23 October, which recognises Spanish sign languages and regulates the means of support for the oral communication of deaf, hearing-impaired and deaf-blind people. The recognition and use of Spanish Sign Language in the public sphere is regulated.
• LAW 11/2007, of 22 June, on citizens’ electronic access to public services.. The right of citizens to interact with public administrations by electronic means is recognised.
• ROYAL DECREE 366/2007, of 16 March, on accessibility and non-discrimination of persons with disabilities in their relations with the General State Administration.. The conditions of Accessibility and Non-discrimination of citizens in their relations with the General State Administration are regularised.
• ROYAL DECREE 1494/2007, of 12 November, approving the Regulation on the basic conditions for the access of people with disabilities to the information society. The Accessibility conditions of the Information Society are standardised.
